The property above is known as Tingles. It was no more than a shell when Dave began work. It now has a lovely lounge with a feature staircase - which was built from 2 different staircases the client brought from the UK! The rooms were all built from scratch; plasterboarded, plastered, laminate floor laid throughout except the bathrooms which have ceramic tiled floors. Double glazed windows fitted, wardrobe and dressers built-in. New kitchen and 3 bathrooms installed.

This is Railway Cottage, it began life as a much smaller property. This house was extended at the side and rear to transform it into the lovely 3 bedroomed home it is today. This was a similar renovation to Tingles in that all the rooms were built from scratch.

This house had beaten earth floors and ferns growing in the fireplace, no water nor electricity. Today it's a lovely 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom family home. This house has "rustic" plastering to the walls to maintain the original features. All the oak beams upstairs have been left exposed, the floors are mostly ceramic tiles.
